I've been with Ten10 for nearly a year joining from a large multi national consultancy and to sum it up in one sentence 'I wouldn't look back'. I have been given the type of professional development I have craved in terms of client work and also the professional development in terms of training and access to senior management which I never had previously. If anyone is sick and tired of the grind of working for the 'Big 4' consultancy firms please give Ten10 a try, they are innovative, growing and people orientated - something others claim but (and I have first hand experience) really aren't.

As a growing business some of the formal processes need a bit of tuning, but these themselves have still come on leaps and bounds in the last year and will continue to improve following the merger.

Great to see you think we stack up against the big four. Its important people feel part of something and not just a number, good or bad we need people to feel they can speak up so we can fix any issues, do more of what people like and encourage new ideas. We have soem exciting plans and its definitely exciting times.
