Wellbeing team are always there to help, employee welfare being a primary concern for all staff, Management are always approachable and will regularly attend events, Medicash, Bonusly, Railcards and subsidised gym membership are great perks. Reviews are fair and balanced, with great opportunity for career progression, especially for more junior staff.
