You cannot expect your full take home salary. Incentives are provided to measure people capacity but here they will loot incentives and get some amount in your take home salary if ur performance dip. They won't consider that individuals have personal family and health, they only think about company profits and make u to sit for more than 12hrs while the working hrs is 9, but the managers can take leaves and permission at anytime like their home.
