As with any start up, there are some things that don't have an official procedure yet, so you end up having to figure it out on your own. Most of the services are weather dependent, so a bad week of rain can make for some stress.

The pay started high for the job requirements.

Safety was not a consideration at this company, multiple incidents of carbon monoxide poisoning. Breaks were "encouraged" but not afforded regularly. Wages stagnate after your first raise, they constantly make empty promises, revoke bonus pay to hourly employees while maintaining the upper management pay. On March 3rd, 2026 they closed the doors on their entire Utah department after only 3 years with no prior notice, terminating all contracts, and leaving all of the employees without a job and no separation pay. Do not work for this company if you want a long term position.
