Great starting place to launch your career in network I.T ; coworkers are very knowledgeable, respectful, and always willing to help. Company does provide lunch on occasion. Company does highlight individual accomplishments as well as team accomplishments. Company does offer reimbursement for network certifications obtained will employed. Health Care offered is pretty decent.

Small company that gives people freedom to take on as much responsibility as they are willing to take on. They really believe the customer is important and put a great deal of time and energy in treating the customers well. Everyone in the company is rated on how they treat customers.

Everyone is stretched - small company, growing fast, under staffed. To keep up you have to work long hours and weekends, making work/life balance a real issue. Combine with no benefits, and you have a difficult environment for anyone with a family.
