I had my own project, which was really cool. I learned a lot of initiation setting up meetings, and I even implemented training sessions for operators. They gave me a lot of help, which I really needed because I was rather inexperienced.
Svantaggi
I was thrown into the project head first and received very little direction as far as the scope of the project was concerned. I had to ask a lot of questions to get all of the information I needed. It was hard at times, but a great growing experience for me.
