Too much outsourcing - Recensione dipendente - IT Manager presso Tenneco

IT leadership is very short sided. Did very little promotion from within of high-performing staff. Contracted out for a lot of the Project Managers and IT Engineers and the quality of work suffers because of it. Did not value and cut high performing internal staff to save money and obtain lower cost workers in India. Even posted someone's job 3 weeks before they were told they were being eliminated!
