5yIt's unfortunate that we had to reduce our Team and eliminate your position when COVID hit. I was glad that you were able to get the unemployment and the COVID bonus. We do appreciate your service at Tennis Express and are sorry that you had a negative experience. Your fellow Team Members liked you. Like many corporate offices, we work in cubicles and our upstairs does not have windows. However, we do have plenty of artwork on the walls to help stimulate and keep the environment fresh. On another note, as CEO of Tennis Express, I did bring our staff into the conference room to meet a vendor/manufacturer that had been harming our efforts to grow by giving advantages to our competitor for over 10 years. No one cursed at the vendor and no one kicked the vendor out. Those actions actually made a tremendous difference in our relationship with that vendor and we are now one of their top accounts in the country. I wish you great success in your career.
