      Great intro to Technology Recruitment and solid experience to take somewhere else

      Hard industry due to factors outside of your control. You will do deals, but will have to be rather lucky to get into great accounts to really make you feel like you're getting ahead. Oh - super KPI focus, micromanagement level

I can understand that the KPI's can sometimes feel like too much control, and these are in place to support all consultants to help improve and be successful so sorry it didn’t feel that way.
