If you like being micromanaged, this is the place for you! Most of the managers give conflicting feedback, and use bullying or manipulative tactics to control employees or “motivate” them. You're expected to work overtime daily, with threats such as: "How do you think leaving at 5:30 (as stated in your contract) will look to upper management?" Commission structures are misleading in interviews. Don't be fooled by the promises. Ridiculous commissions. Do yourself a favour don’t apply or even consider. Unless you are willing to chase pocket money 12- hours of your day and have nothing else in life. Other recruitment companies will treat you with more respect and value your time more. The office culture is toxic, with backstabbing and bullying behavior. It's common for others to laugh at mistakes made on the phone, and asking managers for help often results in snappy or dismissive responses. Also as previously mentioned being manipulated. People will happily spread false information about you or your life which is irrelevant for a workplace. If you decide to apply do not say I didn’t warn you! Would I recommend this job?.. Absolutely not!
