Starting out as an intern and transitioning into a full-time position has been an incredible experience at the Tepa Companies. When I began my journey to grow professionally, I was looking for a company that offered versatility in the skills I hoped to develop. The internship was just the beginning of discovering where I fit within the company and the marketing team.
My team gave me the chance to dive into various projects and sit in on a wide range of meetings, which helped me become familiar with the inner workings of the company. The Tepa team truly focused on understanding my interests and strengths, providing opportunities that aligned with my expertise while also helping me expand my skillset. When it came time to extend my internship during the school year, my team offered a flexible schedule that included remote workdays and accommodations that worked for both of us. Shortly after, I accepted a full-time offer, with in-office work midweek and remote days on Mondays and Fridays.
The interview process from start to finish was smooth and straightforward. The recruitment team kept me informed every step of the way– a special shoutout to Aleah!
