1. Growth opportunities are very less. Your growth will be good if you will become slave over there. 2. You have to work on weekend as well. 3. Your work life balance will be very worst. 4. They will ask you to stay whole night to work. 5. Fake glassdoor comment. 6. Project Work is like "Hit And Trial". 7. Don't expect salary on time. 8. Freshers salary is higher than a experienced. So you can think that growth will stop here. 9. Employees are waiting for annual appraisal from March. 10. Unprofessional behavior from management. 11. Non Technical Guys are leading the projects. Even they don't know the coding. 12. Zero management, No Policy. 13. Very few real clients. Most of the projects are demo. 14. Un-necessary pressure and they try you work on weekends as well. 15. They will treat you like a superman so they will expect work in minutes. 16. Team Leads sometimes do things over zealously. So sometimes we wind up making more features than we actually need at that stage 17. They do fake promises. 18. After resigning they will treat you like an enemy. 19. HR functioning is not properly driven. HR never takes action on own behalf. they will ask to CEO or CTO first. 20. They will give you 19 paid leaves but when you will apply they will reject your application. So after end of the year you will see your 19 leaves in your leave balance. 21. The company puts you in a comfort zone and makes it difficult to get out of it. I want to write some more Cons but i don't have enough time.
