Company is unwilling to take risks to remain viable in a rapidly changing market landscape. Senior management is unwilling to listen to newer voices with fresh ideas, and appears genuinely afraid of those who may not think like they do. Engineering is understaffed and under funded to compete with newer technologies and competitors with deeper pockets.
