good company name, good reputation in the industry

good accounts are reserved for the old NCR employees. New hires get the "new" account territories, small number of accounts, and an unachievable number. Also, as a new rep, if you are about to close an account, it will be taken away and given to a "favorite" employee or just plain taken away so the manager can get sales credit.
