In the niche markets you'll need to go the extra mile to introduce the company to potential customers, especially that the prices Teradata charges for products and services is "extremely" premium if you may!

Growth opportunities are very limited and only for those who are patient enough to stay 10+ years with the company with few exceptions. They prefer grey hair for managerial and senior titles and not a place where you see a lot from the young generation holding this kind of titles compared to others in the market.
