      Terakeet has made some dramatic shifts in the past 6 months, refocusing our efforts on a single reputation management offering and taking improving the employee experience seriously. I think the company is moving in a very good direction, and is starting to "find itself" again. There has been a real return to the entrepreneurial spirit, which I love, and our teams feel like they are gelling and able to rally around a single, really powerful offering for clients.

      I think there is still work to be done continuing to build trust with employees, and ensuring that people don't get "lost in the shift" with the fast pace of change. I think communication can also continue to improve, moving from info dumps to more clear transparency around what is changing and who is affected. I think there needs to be comprehensive training for employees on our new product so we can all shift as a unit.

      Nothing for myself personally – it is fast paced, changes often internally with org structures and processes; you have to be able to be flexible and adaptable.

      Great environment, collaborative, great benefits, 401k with match and a roth option, interesting work, incredible teammates, transparent communication, people give credit where credit is due, and mostly genuine individuals in leadership. We are given access to a lot of tools to support our work. If you enjoy the chance to use AI, this is a good opp for you. All in all, not sure what more a reasonable adult could want out of an employer.

      Nothing all that specific to Terakeet. Comp could be better. You've also got the usual disgruntled people/few bad apples who blow things out of proportion, which can sometimes bring down the atmosphere. It might be irritating if you happen to have one of those people committed to being a problem/negative on your team, but I think most people here are solutions-oriented and just want to be really good at their job.
