You've also got the usual disgruntled people/few bad apples who blow things out of proportion, which can sometimes bring down the atmosphere. It might be irritating if you happen to have one of those people committed to being a problem/negative on your team, but I think most people here are solutions-oriented and just want to be really good at their job.
