      Insurance was good, gym reimbursement, and I received a brand new Macbook on hire. The team I was part of were lovely and not at all egotistical. Workloads seem to be sink or swim and my experience was on the lighter side, which afforded a lot of flexibility.

      I'll echo the sentiments about this company being on the decline. They are trying to put a fancy marketing term to what they do, but don't let it fool you. They are a SEO and content farm, and they also have a significant chunk of reputation management SEO. This means they work with a number of people with a lot of money, generating a lot of content to push down negative news, As many have mentioned, there have been 3 round of BIG layouts. Companies are catching on that they can hire an SEO company for cheaper, or bring a team in house and use tools that are readily available (like SEMRush). A lot of people are genuinely smart and kind and this review is in no way a reflection of the average employee. Unfortunately the top tier C-suite and management relies on their network of rich connections to make money without having a strong vision for the company.

      Nothing for myself personally – it is fast paced, changes often internally with org structures and processes; you have to be able to be flexible and adaptable.

      Great environment, collaborative, great benefits, 401k with match and a roth option, interesting work, incredible teammates, transparent communication, people give credit where credit is due, and mostly genuine individuals in leadership. We are given access to a lot of tools to support our work. If you enjoy the chance to use AI, this is a good opp for you. All in all, not sure what more a reasonable adult could want out of an employer.

      Nothing all that specific to Terakeet. Comp could be better. You've also got the usual disgruntled people/few bad apples who blow things out of proportion, which can sometimes bring down the atmosphere. It might be irritating if you happen to have one of those people committed to being a problem/negative on your team, but I think most people here are solutions-oriented and just want to be really good at their job.
