Nice people, cannot make a decision! - Recensione dipendente - Project Manager presso Terma

I have lost count the number of times final decision have been changed from board level. The board (a holding company, similar to a venture capitalist) seem to look only intot he next 3 or so years without looking at the bigger picture. They have the very latest military projects at their feet and need to learn from their customers, drain their knowledge to make Terma better - they dont, they operate in a 'I know better than you' mentality - but the clearly dont.
