I can't think of any, none at the moment

1. Great work culture. 2. You will always be recognized for a work well done. 3. The CTO makes working with the technology team easy for me. He gives constructive feedback every time and is interested in everyone’s growth. 4. The Head of People and Culture listens and acts fast. I remember complaining about my laptop and in less than 2 weeks I got a brand new laptop. Kudos to her! 5. The vision is clear. No confusion, no roller coaster vibes. 6. The existing team structure is great. 7. No micromanagement. They believe and trust that you’d deliver. 8. 1 day on site. 4 days from home. I love it. 9. C levels are very humble and they listen. 10. The CEO is a visionary.

To be honest I don’t have any cons. Just my little advice, if you get an offer just accept it.
