It’s more of a sales job than pest control You’re treated terribly unless you work in the call center. It’s a write up culture. One innocent mistake gets you formally disciplined. You don’t get paid for “reservices” (going back to a customers house in between services) you can expect to do between 45-100 of the calls a month which comes out to 20-50 unpaid hours a month. They take advantage of the employee with this policy. You have to drink the kool aid and “put terminix above yourself” At company events the operations manager says a prayer thanking God for the CEO and his wisdom. One of the strangest and disturbing things I’ve seen in a work environment. Your sales quota is high and you’ll have to watch your back, call center employees make an effort to steal your sales, even writing your name on contracts while you’re not there Over 30 people quit during my time there. Pest control is fun and interesting, just not with terminix of the triad.
