Remote-first company, with a global team. Interesting product to work on. Industry is fast paced with lots of potential. Fair working hours, given all the tools you need to do your job, good medical coverage and real commitment to work-life balance. Colleagues are all smart and bring diverse experience to the table. Everyone seems to enjoy working together. Founders are fully committed and have success building a number of other startups. Everyone is given a lot of independence and room to grow/shape their role in the company.

Fast-paced industry can mean a heavy workload, ups and downs, and things can get a bit messy until problems are resolved or changes are made. Team is still relatively small but growing fast, which causes some growing pains. Some turnover in parts of the company in the last couple years but most issues seem to be addressed.
