Entry and some senior level salaries are really not up to industry standards. There are opportunities for advancement in project responsibility and difficulty, but compensation lags behind competency growth pretty significantly. Good place to start out and learn the industry, but you may hit a ceiling within the first few years depending on the office. It's a large company, so to the corporate guys you are a data point with productivity numbers you are expected to hit. These numbers have a huge effect on raises and bonuses allocated to the offices as a whole, with less emphasis placed on technical proficiency or work quality.
