It`s much more easier to choose an employer when you are already acknowledged with the internal kitchen and all the perks proposed by the company that`s why I decided to help job seekers by publishing this review. I have become the part of the team just recently so can be considered as a newcomer and here is my fresh impressions. Overall, the selection process took several weeks and consisted of the several stages. After that training period began where all the newcomers can feel the real value and strength of the solution company developing – bpm’online. I have passed exam and final interview successfully and joined the team. Time spent within the company and teammates is actually not wasted - it devoted to make me more professional and more feel the topic. After the exam I received wide and detailed feedback upon my areas for development so first days still it was necessary to learn and practice. Now I am inspired by the atmosphere and by the working process. Firstly, it seems to be a lot of stand ups and so known planning events but you know that discussed task is 50% solved task and what`s more important solved correctly Also I admired by the ‘Can Do’ attitude, ‘Client is your top priority’ and other company principles because what declared is actually followed by all.

Here is my kind advice to all the job seekers. If you are looking for a calm river that`s not your choice because Terrasoft is a very dynamic company and on the first stages you need to make a deep dive into IT and its environment especially if you are outside :)
