Nice people, flexible working time

Internal control, lunch time is too short

- Terry White in Stafford (Brisbane) really prioritizes good customer service - The staff members are generally very lovely people and don't hard gossip - Management is generally understanding - The store discounts are nice sometimes

- Classically short staffed, which can make for some snappy co-workers. - Bad communication between back and front counter. - Unrealistic expectations from management - Bosses seem under the impression that we could all do theft prevention better (In a meeting, they said theft prevention went down. No, we just stopped reporting it because it was making us look bad) - Little recognition for working hard unless you somehow get the store a 5 star review. - Boss wanted us to work during a cyclone
