Paid time off was the only decent benefit they had. Lower management was good to the employees.

Upper management will ignore you. Health insurance was extremely expensive for what it was. Almost no communication from upper management about anything. Pay was extremely low compared to others in the industry. I would not look at this company as a long term employer and there sustainably as a company is questionable.
