Tesco Controls used to be a great place to work, with leadership that genuinely cared about employees and supported a healthy work–life balance. Unfortunately, the culture has shifted dramatically in recent years. Management appears focused primarily on financial outcomes, and the internal tone toward employees, customers, and vendors has become increasingly negative. The work environment has grown stressful and, at times, toxic, leading to burnout and even medical leave for some staff. Concerns about bullying, intimidation, and inappropriate behavior have been raised repeatedly, creating a sense of instability and mistrust. The company could benefit greatly from a significant leadership and cultural reset to restore the supportive, employee-focused environment it once had.
