Very bad place to work - Recensione dipendente - Customer Assistant presso Tesco

At the moment hard working workers are nothing else just slaves. Work isnt equal but pay is the same for everyone. Low morale. Staff walking out in the mid shift as expectation from managers are totally unrealistic. As ex team leader i must say that there is no career future in the company at the moment. Its hard to achive anything as comunication/ knowledge sharing is pathetic in any store i worked in last 12 years.
