Shift leader get unpaid breaks at 1 hour 30 per shift. No way you can do that, with the work load. Meaning you do 5 , 9 hour shifts per week with a contract of 36 hours. It's sickening bring it up and they'll blame your time management, but you're lucky if the work load allows you a 30 min break. Also no work like balance. Always begging for rotas. Not knowing what hours for the week are at 6 o clock Sunday night. Always being called or text on day off.
