Svantaggi
- Customer is always right mentality, you have an incident, they will back the customer every time, managers there don't believe you. They always think there is something you can do to change the outcome. - Poor organisational skills. - Poor management skills - No people skills at this branch from management, they manage the drivers over whatsapp, which is really poor. If you don't agree with this, the manager instantly dislikes you. - Expected to wait to the exact delivery time, if not you'll be in trouble, you can't deliver deliveries infront, you have to stick to the PDA. - Customers get to say and do anything, you must obey what they say. Even if it's an unreasonable and unfair request, such as going round the back of the house when it isn't safe! Tesco have a policy to make yourself safe first, but if the customer got mad, you'd get a complaint and it goes against you on your file, which is absolutely ridiculous. - No food in the canteen anymore - Managers take things very personally - As a neurodivergent, I didn't feel understood and I felt very isolated. No plan was put in place to help with my anxiety, which led to an unfair dismissal following a panic attack at a delivery. I did not care enough to appeal, as I hated the idea of being there any longer, they broke my confidence completely. - Breaks are unpaid - 15 minute pay with 3 minutes grace eachway.
