Heavy HEAVY work loads on some days

The work life balance and culture is second to none within any financial services business that I've worked in. From the CEO to the WL1 population everyone is approachable and acts in a manner which makes it a great place to work This is evidenced by fantastic EVM results every six months and I've spoken to others who have left and regret it. Pay rewards and annual bonus are highly comparable plus add in the Tesco colleague discount it makes the annual reward package highly attractive.
