-upper management is disconnected with reality, and flip flop on the whims -bad employees and ones who lack important skills are accommodated, leaving those who are more skilled to pick up slack with no benefit from it -you get stuck in your position, regardless how good you are/how hard you've worked, favoritism is very real and clear -pay is lower to at best average, unless you have been working there pre-pandemic -upper management is disorganized and decisions that do not make sense fall on deaf's here -safety is only a thing until a job needs to get done one way or another - punishment via middle management not liking you is real -raises only come from promotions that only come when someone leaves the company or department -instead of yearly raises you get "cyber wallets" that is allotted amount that can be used for Tesla merch, towards tesla stocks, 2 extra PTO days or can be added to your check in small percentages every 2 weeks; but these allotted amounts are capped because a manager is not allowed to give employees 5 out of 5, and this comes straight from upper management. So you are forever topped out at 3 out 5 stars, which can be anywhere to 3k-4k per 6/7 month period, but this is taxed of course. -Elon has and can fire 20% of workforce, forcing managers to choose random people because when you have a good department that is efficient it does not matter
