      Sinds Luc Tack hoofdaandeelhouder van de groep werd, is het bedrijf terug dynamischer geworden. Verbeteringsprojecten worden niet langer geblokkeerd maar volop uitgevoerd.

      Svantaggi

      Werkdruk door de vele projecten zorgt ervoor dat communicatie niet altijd even vlot verloopt. Ook de administratie krijgt minder aandacht.

      Management can be pretty passive aggressive, at my location anyway, seems like it makes it's way up the chain. Promotions are basically a non starter due to few positions and basically everyone staying here for a decade plus.

      Poor Management and really no opportunity to grow. Various times where their top management would just bring someone in.
