THEY DONT REALLY CARE ABOUT US! They recently fired Somwhere around 13 employees. happened on on 20-09-2023. Attendance breach was framed as the reason but who knows. Cons are unlimited. disrupted work life balance, no overtime/weekend compenstions, very minimal appreciation for hard work, BUT insults and shouting will always happen in front of everyone irrespective of your position, upper level management has no understanding of leadership qualities, HR lead/manager doesn't have the basic HR skill of speaking politely with employees will always ahve a superiority attitude, the "hardest to reach HR" I have ever encountered, they keep a personal level grudge with the employees who speak up and absolutely don't hesitate to harm you professionally. The only reason to join this comapny can be if your are totally helpless and need a job at any cost. Only remember to keep finding a better opportunity from day 1 and leave as soon as you get a chance. Because you stay, you leave, you work hard, you make exceptional contributions, THEY JUST DONT CARE!
