NO/limited information given regarding the company policies. Penny-pinching management. Need to repay yearly appraisals, bonus monies if you resign with in same year. CEO thinks employees can be replaced with in finger-snapping time. Think before accepting on-site opportunity, as you will end up repenting the decision. Contract of employment is completely biased towards welfare of company income. Dubious practices followed to attain/retain clients. NO profit sharing.
