(This requires a lot of personal responsibility to fully realize). No one in the company is micromanaged. The sales team is honestly the best in the industry. There is a lot of experience on the management team and every manager started in sales so they understand the tenet of practicing what you preach. Since the management team is built from salespeople, naturally, this creates opportunities for salespeople to take on additional responsibilities and move up in the company. You will know very quickly if you are a good fit for the company and if the company is a good fit for you. Ie, people who stay at the company, stay a long time and people who leave, leave right away.

The company like any other company is not perfect. Communication between the various teams (sales, operations, marketing, etc) is improving but needs more attention. The big picture is sometimes missing so people don't know WHY they are doing something, or WHY their role is important. Communication between salespeople in different regions is lacking. Because of the nature of the business and the company's size, Testforce is required to pivot and be fluid in making decisions. This can be viewed as management not doing their job or not being able to make decisions. There should be more resources to help individuals understand their roles better and how their roles affect the whole organization. In some areas, there are too many rules are in place so people are paralyzed by the process so they can't make good decisions. In some areas, there is not enough structure in place, so they don't have enough information to make good decisions. Testforce is a sales company built by salespeople. This is a pro for the sales team but sometimes a con for the other teams. More resources are required on the operations side for the company to keep pace with the company's growth. You will know very quickly if you are a good fit for the company and if the company is a good fit for you. Ie, people who stay at the company, stay a long time and people who leave, leave right away. (Yes, this was also one of the Pros)
