Egypt Managing director is very aggressive Egypt Management team very young , non mature and very pampered by the Managing director There is a bias , non fairness toward all functions working for company Supportive functions are ignored in terms of salary and benefits compared to sales and engineers 80% company receives cars while other given peanuts to transport to office to perform work Benefits are very low and non competent as multinational or global employer System , processes are very complicated and slow Company offers benefits only to management and core functions - rest ignored People on Managerial and director are not professional, the way they talk makes you feel you are at small shop not in a corporate Company looks promising from outside, but repulsive from the inside due to bad leadership People always spread negativity
