The job can be demanding and stressful but at the end of the day it feels rewarding. The management at a local level is phenomenal and the office atmosphere is superb. Vacation/sick days/holiday policy leaves something to be desired. Sometimes the work load is too high and stress levels can become overbearing. Burnout is a real danger until coping and stress management strategies are learned. Time reporting and utilization benchmarks are a near constant stress. Pay seems low and raises/promotions can take a long time to acquire.
