Management is corrupt. HR protects favored project managers that have hundreds of HR complaints for anything you can possibly think of. They would rather get rid of those of complain than get rid of the unethical management team. They will withhold your raise but give management bonuses. There is clear favoritism, all the way up to upper management. There is zero protection for their employees including their full time employees. This company makes sure for you to know that you are just another tool for them and will dup you without notice once they are done with you. They do not care if you are one of their best employees, they only keep those who have within their inner circle and they go without punishment no matter what they do.
