Does not care for its employees - Recensione dipendente - Project Manager presso TetraSoft

Everything else is a Con: 1.This company does not have strong HR/Management that will stand along with its employees 2.Very poor resource Management 3.Very poor project management 4.They have very little client base and if the client is adamant about not following agile process and make its employees work for 16-17 hours a day even on weekends then company does not have guts to support its employees and discuss with client. They always not their heads for what ever client says and it becomes a nightmare for employees. 5.And very BIG con and they don't tell their employees is that , they do not deposit complete tax every month for TDS. only partially they pay (may be 50%) and hence employee will feel that he is getting better take home than any other company, however when it comes to year end filing the ITR employees end up paying the remainder of tax along with fees and penalties. This is not legit and they do it so that employees feel they get good take home in this company and retain them. 6. Some project managers in the company support you only if you are a "yes sir" kind of guy. If you go against them to point out faults or to correct the process they don't listen and they take personal grudge on you . Unfortunately I came under such manager who does not even no how to speak politely and always insults his team members. So a big suggestion, unless you have no other option and you cannot survive if you don't earn, stay away from this company.
