great place to work, see above... Incomprehensible if in the Rosenberg location my technology was out of date and updates are not provided leaving my job almost impossible to be done accurately

no managerial or technical support at Rosenberg location

agency is transparent ( most of the time) and people are great. flex hours and work from home hours. good benefits

not enough people to do the job, account managers have heavy workload and stressful. low pay not equal to branch offices. don't feel like management always has your back. no room for advancement
