This is a legal aid that has a wide range of legal expertise. Very flexible work environment (worked both hybrid and remote). Everyone is willing to help and teach you what you need. Very independent work as well. Work/Life balance is great, especially if you are a student.

Some community activities and events are done in person and some are outside which can get hot but TRLA provides everything you need to be successful.

True 8:00 to 4:45 Job. Many don't even show up.

Toxic workplace. HR is overstaffed and provides poor service, considering the many managers. They want us in the office, yet they are remote part-time and show up late. They all hide in their offices and are super impersonal. The generalist manager is the worst.
