Management cannot be trusted - announced no one would be fired during the reorganization then subsequently fired or urged many people to retire. There is no such thing as "Corporate Values." 10% of the agency does 99% of the work. Only way to survive is to be a "Yes-Man." Management announced bonuses and raises but then gave them to themselves!
