      TBS is all about developing their employees. So as long as you're bought in and give to the company, expect to get that back. They provide leadership training and constructive feedback all the time. Plus textbook discounts!

      There's not a lot of hours to give. It's an industry issue not a company issue. So it's not really sustainable. But efforts are constantly made to help this.

      Everyone is so friendly and the main focus of your job is to be honest and to add value to your customers. I love this place because putting the customer first is of the utmost importance and not many places do this anymore. Along with this one of our core values is continuous improvement and these values are adhered to. In the little time I have worked at TBS I can say I have constantly seen improvement in myself and my coworkers.

      I honestly have downside, I have never enjoyed working anywhere else as much as I enjoy working at TBS.
