He sets the tone from a culture standpoint and it shows. - The company has always had remote teams so the transition to a fully remote environment during the pandemic was mostly smooth. The company also did a good job checking in with employees and ensuring everyone had everything they needed from a personal and professional standpoint. - We are in a relatively new space (business texting), but in a very large industry in telecom. There's lots of opportunity for the company to grow. - The team is filled with highly motivated individuals who are invested in Textline and their teammates success.
