Total disregard for talent - the TSV business unit is comparable to a monkey controlling trying to drive a car. Drastic and large decisions come in hours and regard for long term success is not considered by the greatly under-qualified leadership in place. This company was not up front with me for 4 months and cost me thousands of dollars because their leadership is afraid to be transparent. They selfishly left me on the hook unpaid while ensuring me my role was safe during a furlough. This is funny and cool when its maybe a week or two but this company literally took a solid chunk of my early life and career away from me. A specific business unit company like this is a miracle when you look at how they survive but it is clear the rest of the company keeps them afloat. Please for the sake of your career steer clear or at least know what you are getting into. I may seem like just an upset employee but let me tell you there is a general sentiment of panic and a workforce that is looking to jump off this burning ship. Everyday you meet with folks that are planning their exit and that should tell you all you need to know. Confidence is great but FACTS are better, please know what you are getting yourself into with this organization!
