      Boring, no growth and development. Almost no useful work is done there . You need to kiss up to management to get ahead.

      Friendly people at the lower levels. Great at putting up with lots of nonsense and “pivoting”.

      Svantaggi

      No effort in employee retention. Lots of employees leaving (whether by their own choice or not) yet there is very little effort in finding replacements, leading to higher work loads with no increase in compensation. Pay is uncompetitive and raises and nowhere near enough to make up the difference.
