      Great location in south Austin. Very nice building, very new. Smart colleagues.

      Management never had a strategy to move the company beyond the vision of the founder. Management team had a very tactical perspective and lacked solid leadership skills. Spent a lot of time chasing the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow instead of digging into market.
