The it team is very small and under staffed. Tha actual manager is inhuman, a bully and a discriminator. Tha current thalys IT infrastructure is a mess and all the manager can say is "today you where 5 minutes late". Before I started working for them the guy left after 2 weeks, I left after a month, and the guy replacing me after 1 week. Why is that? Because the environment is great and the manager a qualified soft skill expert? Well no, the contrary. I cannot recommend this toxic environment, not even to my worst enemy.
