The pay is below standard in any of the roles. The managers like to play politics, favourtism, being biased, biased promotion which leads to eventual financial losses. Company wastes money all the time and expects the customer to pick up the bill. One of the offices, a clear case of a certain group or colour of people not being promoted but also being treated rather unfairly by immature leadership. The so called 'ethical and diversity' training might aswell be a joke. Noticing many people not being moved into different positions with opportunities, just a terrible environment overall.
